With all the post uni celebrations and the sunshine in Glasgow, I’ve had the opportunity to wear some very pretty Summer outfits so I thought I would do a blog post on one of my favourite recent outfits! I loveee white, and the majority of the time you will catch me wearing something white because it looks clean and fresh. I’m wearing Bondi Sands Ultra Dark fake tan here, but because white and yellow look amazing with a tan this outfit would be perfect for holiday!
Here, I’m wearing a white bardot crop top from Primark that I recently bought for about £5. I’ve rolled it up a bit in this picture because I think this outfit looks better with a bit of stomach showing, but it’s still such a flattering fit. It also look fab paired with jeans without being rolled up for a dressy-casual daytime look. I especially love the yellow contrast stitching because it makes it stand out a bit more from your everyday plain white top. On my bottom half, I’m wearing white high waisted wide leg trousers from Misguided (bought last year but there’s an identical pair on Pretty Little Thing for £15). On my feet I wore my Topshop tie up wedges that I purchased last Summer to take travelling with me for £50.
Because of my gold shoes and the yellow stitching on my top, I accessorised with gold jewellery. My necklace is a beautiful gold tone love heart from Michael Kors that my boyfriend bought me for Valentines Day and I wore it with my rose gold Fossil charm bracelet which is in the sale for £20 just now!! I mixed and matched some of these H&M rings that were already in my jewellery box, and finished off the look with my new H&M yellow bag. This went with the outfit perfectly because of the yellow on my top and the gold metal shoulder strap and buckle that matched my jewellery and shoes.
Thanks so much for reading, I will definitely be doing more outfit posts especially with the nice weather we have been having so keep your eyes peeled! X
